Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
‍ All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. The shipments occur on weekdays only, excluding public holidays. If the company is experiencing a high volume of orders, or due to extenuating circumstances, there might be a delay in receiving orders. Should this happen, the same shall be communicated.  

‍Shipping rates
All shipping rates are included in the price of the product. No extra shipment cost is applicable.  

‍Shipment confirmation and order tracking Once the order is placed, you shall receive a confirmation on email, including a shipment confirmation and a tracking number. In case of any queries, please write to [email protected]

‍Customs, duties, and taxes W.G. Corp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

‍Damages W.G. Corp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
